Program description
Level Up Construction sends text messages to homeowners who have requested an estimate or are working with us on a project. Messages include estimate scheduling and confirmations, appointment reminders, crew arrival notices, quote and invoice links, and follow-ups about work in progress.
How you opt in
You opt in by ticking the SMS consent checkbox on an estimate request form on https://level-up-construction.com, or by giving verbal or written permission to a member of our team. The checkbox is not ticked by default and is never required in order to submit the form or to receive an estimate. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your project — typically a handful of messages around scheduling and during active work. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out or get help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation and then no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (918) 276-7938 or MainOffice.LevelUpConstruction@gmail.com.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. Your information is used only to deliver the services described above.
